1) ) Before you send a file, please call or send a fax to us so that we will know to expect your file. This will help us to expedite your order as quickly as possible within the 5 day turnaround.

2) ) Before transferring your files make sure they follow our guidelines listed on the left.. File should then be compress using one of the following compression programs:

• Stuffit Deluxe (Macintosh)
• PkZip (PC)
• WinZip (PC)

3) All custom masking orders need to be sent to: sales@problast.com.au

4) File size must be limited to 2 MB. Be aware that the larger the file, the longer the transfer will take.

5) When sending the file, let us know:

• Who it is from
• What the file consists of
• What is required and when it is required
  
• Any other important information about the file
• Your e-mail address, phone number, company name and shipping address

6) After the file has been transferred, fax us an order form as a second confirmation that you sent the file. We will need this faxed form for our records.

• Adobe Illustrator
• Macromedia Freehand
• CorelDraw

Make sure that all of your text has been converted to paths or the font is supplied with the file.

If there is any placed artwork such as EPS, TIF, GIF, etc. ensure that these files are included.

Raster Images - Bitmap.
Should be 600 dpi or better at actual size. Please submit these files in one of the following formats.

• TIF
• BMP

Remember that images should be pure black and pure white. Converting your images from RGB mode to Grayscale and then Bitmap will make the files considerably smaller in size and incur additional cost
