Drying the resist
It is important to wipe of excess water off the resist once
the washout process is finished.
We sell inexpensive blotting towels for this purpose. Gently
dab the excess water, taking care not to apply too much pressure.
Another way is to use a rubber squeegee and wipe the excess
water off.
Drying the resist can be done in a variety of ways.
- The ProBlast Premier Film Dryer is an excellent
fast method and has convenient racking. Drying will take
5 - 8 minutes.
- Air-drying is an alternative way of drying your resist.
Hang it up with pegs and let it air dry. This will take
about 20 - 30 minutes
- It is very important to make sure the resist is completely
dry before you apply the resist.
