Designed by the SR2000 manufactuurer to provide trouble free adhesion to any surface. The perfect combination. Ideally applied using a minature Spray Gun RZ3 adhesive guarantees quality results. Can also be applied with using a sponge brush.

AAP5For applying adhesive directly to the product to be blasted when not using adhesive spray guns.We do recommend Spraying the adhesive onto the resist with our Gravuty Fed Adhesive Spray gun.

T-FixAn alternative spray adhesive to RZ-3. Only good for use with Glass or Granite.

Both Vellum and Laser film are Legal size (14"x8") which fits across a roll of resist without wastage and is the same size as Resist sheet stock.

Vellum VP100
Used for printing your artwork onto. Provides even UV penetration. Gives fine definition.

Laser Film LF50
An alternative to Vellum for intensely detailed art work. Attracts more toner and so gives a denser black in the artwork.

Great product that darkens printed Vellum and Laser Film to create a darker black in you art work. This makes the image sharper and faster in wash out.

Used for burnishing resist onto product to be etched

We carry 3 sizes. 3/32" is recommended for general etching.

1/16" nozzles are for stage carving; it provides a smaller (tighter)media pattern for smaller areas of etching

3/32" are standard; Rayzist determined them to be "the standard" years ago when we first began to make equipment, the sand pattern was not too small or to large.

1/8" are primarily used when blasting larger open areas, such as signage or monuments (although we still use 3/32") the orifice is larger so more sand and air dispenses from the nozzle, giving a wider pattern of media, (the mixing valves usually requires re-adjustment)

High quality reliable Gaff tape for taping up surrounding areas. We chose this particular tape because it tears cleanly and easily into tiny strips for delicate masking.
