Self Sticking Resist

ProBlast have launched it's new self sticking resist. With it's unique "NO GLUE" system it is revolutionising the way we sand blast. Faster, Cleaner and stronger than anything else.

	No adhesive and no cover sheet

	Try out our new repositionable self sticking resist. There is no need to apply adhesive. Just expose and wash out, dry it and apply it straight to the product. Unlike other self adhesive resists' this product has no backing sheet to thumble around with. It has a water dissolvable coating that is washed away exposing the adhesive layer making it the quickest and easiest to use self adhesive resist on the market today. It is also repositionable so if you happen to not get it on straight you can peel it off and re-apply it.

	No Adhesive application required

With ProBlast's new self sticking resist there is no need to apply adhesive to the resist. It's already done for you.

SSR3000(tm) is an advanced version of SR2000(tm). It has the same basic photopolymer properties with a new process that gives the surface layer an inherent tack once developed. This is NOT a self-adhesive film. That means there is no need to apply adhesive and there are no complicated handling issues common with other "self-adhesive" products. Simply wash it out. Once dry you will detect a slight tack. Apply the film to your etching product as usual and blast. SR3000(tm) will not come off until you want it too if you follow the process correctly.

SSR3000(tm) looks and feels exactly like pre-exposed SR2000(tm). In other words, prior to development, you will feel no tack at all. Since SSR3000(tm) is not a "self-adhesive" film, there is no layer of adhesive to wash off. The film remains tacky, but not gummy.
