CNC AutoBlaster - Abrasive Sensor Calibration for SM-Pro

Hello everyone,

In this video, I will show you how to properly adjust the minimum abrasive level sensor in your SM-PRO Autoblaster. There are two ways to do this, depending on whether the machine contains abrasive material. The key component here is the small adjustment screw on the sensor, which controls its sensitivity.

Method 1: Adjusting the sensor when the machine contains abrasive

If we are sure that there is abrasive inside the machine, we need to turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the red indicator light turns on. This means the sensor has successfully detected the abrasive.

To ensure the correct setting, carefully turn the screw back and forth slightly, finding the exact point where the red light first turns on. This ensures the sensor is calibrated correctly and will detect the abrasive at the correct level.

Method 2: Adjusting the sensor when the machine is empty

If there is no abrasive inside the machine, we follow the same process but in the opposite direction.

Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise until the red light turns on. Once you find this point, make a few additional turns to the left until the light turns off. This ensures the sensor is at its most sensitive setting and will immediately detect abrasive once added to the machine.”

Conclusion:

By following these steps, you can correctly adjust the minimum abrasive level sensor to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of your Autoblaster. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
