Service Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations and Repair Authorisation
Where additional repairs, parts or labour are required beyond the agreed service scope, ProBlast Systems Australia will advise the customer of the estimated costs and obtain approval before proceeding.
2. Warranty Repairs
Where an applicable manufacturer's warranty covers a machine or component, repairs will be assessed in accordance with the warranty conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage does not automatically extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, inadequate maintenance or damage caused by incorrect operation.
3. Consumable and Wear Components
Items such as blasting nozzles, brushes, filters, hoses and seals are generally considered consumable or wear components. Replacement of these items is normally chargeable unless covered by an applicable warranty or consumer guarantee.

Diagnostic inspection fees apply for the assessment and identification of machine faults.
The diagnostic fee remains payable if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repairs.
5. Service Limitations
Servicing and preventative maintenance are intended to maintain equipment performance and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns. However, servicing does not guarantee that a machine will remain free from future faults or mechanical failures.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in accordance with the terms stated on the service quotation or invoice.
Additional parts, labour and approved travel expenses will be itemised on the final invoice.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Pricing Changes
ProBlast Systems Australia reserves the right to revise its published service rates. Any revised charges will not affect services already accepted at an agreed price unless a variation is authorised by the customer.
