The CNC Autoblaster has undergone a major upgrade to further improve the already great machine. We'll let Josh talk us through the changes ABRA have made to make the machine more efficient, reduce the amount of wearing parts and make maintenance easier.
Here is a summary of the new features
New Controller with any direction drive control
- New Blasting Head Assembly offers fewer wearing parts and a fully enclosed casing to stop dust intrusion.
- Twin Rail System - Ensure the head is kept tuaght. This prevents the head from any movement over time.
- New Venturi Nozzle reduces the number of nozzle support components and the expense of replacing them. It is now a simple, quick, and easy-to-change nozzle system.
- The Viewing Window in the pressure pot wall helps you see how much abrasive is in the pot and prevents over-filling, which can be detrimental to the mushroom valve.
- New Design Front End on the SM-PRo Blaster to simplify the componentry without loss of efficiency and a further reduction of wearing parts.
- The repositioning of the Regulator Gauges provides a single viewing area for convenience and efficient control.
- The new Clear Dust Box replaces the old black tube, so you can now see the dust level without opening it.
- A new Extraction Motor for higher efficiency and less maintenance. We have replaced the twin-head vacuum system with an industrial blower motor. It is maintenance-free and will provide far more efficiency and improved suction.
- The Sand Level Sensor was lowered to give you more blast time before auto-refill.
- Air Pressure Inside the Bridge and Rails to keep the bearing clean and enhance preventative maintenance. Whenever the machine is running, there is always airpressure inside the casing to keep the dust out.
- A new Numatic Value replaces the electric diaphragm valve, reducing componentry and the risk of electrical failure.
The new CNC Autoblaster is testiment to ABRA's dedication to superior industrial equipment.
